Returns & Exchanges

At Maison Balzac, we want you to be completely enamored with your new objects for the home. If a piece isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Maison Balzac gift boxes and protective shipping cartons to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned glassware or objects, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
