Porcelain was invented in China through a long, slow process over centuries that began about 2,000 years ago. Its translucence and durability charmed voyagers and royalties around the world, who introduced it to France in the 17th century and England in the 18th century. Our Fine China follows the traditional manufacturing process but is free from animal bone ashes, making it vegan and cruelty free.
